Solvra

Strategy. Systems. Advisory. Lab.

a tangled process we diagnose, then fix.

We work with founders and leadership teams at growth-stage companies - diagnosing what's actually broken, setting a clear direction, and staying through implementation instead of handing off a deck and leaving.

Triggers

Six conditions that create the moment.

Solvra isn't for every stage. It's for a specific convergence of pressure and ambition - when a leader feels the weight of what isn't working, and the urgency to build what comes next.

01

Outgrowing the Founder

Every meaningful decision still routes through you personally, and the business has gotten too big for that to keep working.

02

Bet-the-Company Decision

A fundraise, market entry, or pivot is coming up that's bigger than any call this team has had to make before.

03

Leadership Misalignment

You and your co-founders or leadership team have quietly stopped agreeing on what winning looks like - and no one's said it out loud yet.

04

Unproven Territory

You're expanding into a new market, product line, or customer segment with no internal playbook for it.

05

Ownerless Problem

There's a real problem, but it doesn't obviously belong to marketing, ops, or any one department.

06

No Peer in the Room

There's no one inside the business senior enough to stress-test your thinking - just people executing it.

Executive Synthesis

Most advisors pick a lane. Solvra holds all four.

A growth problem is often actually an operations problem. An operations problem is often actually a strategy problem. Businesses don't experience issues neatly by department, so we don't solve them that way either.

How We Work

From diagnostic to retained counsel.

Every relationship starts at the same entry point. Where it goes from there is defined by scope, not a fixed package.

01

Diagnostic

A focused engagement to name the real problem and map the path forward. The entry point.

02

Strategy Sprint

Intensive, time-boxed strategic work. Direction and priorities, fast.

03

Transformation Programme

The full engagement. Strategy, systems, and execution support over 3-6 months.

04

Solvra Advisory

Retained access to senior counsel. Ongoing. Embedded. Trusted.

How It Works

The same five stages, every engagement.

Whether it's a two-week diagnostic or a six-month programme, the work moves through these stages in order.

01

Diagnose

We listen before we speak. Deep discovery to understand what's really happening - not just what's visible on the surface.

02

Clarify

We name the real problem, often different from the presenting one. This is where the value begins.

03

Design

We build the strategy, structure, or system that addresses the root cause - not just the symptoms.

04

Activate

We move from thinking to doing. Implementation support, leadership alignment, and momentum-building.

05

Transfer

We hand over capability, not dependency. The client leaves more capable than when they arrived.

Who actually does the work: Ameya leads every engagement directly and stays through delivery. For the specific pieces outside his in-house scope - design, ecommerce operations, tech development, and legal/finance - Solvra brings in vetted external partners project by project (see Services), rather than staffing a large delegated team.

Five Pillars

Five pillars that earn trust.

Depth Over Speed

Solvra doesn't rush to answers. We ask better questions first - and that rigour is what makes the output trustworthy.

Integrated Thinking

Strategy, operations, technology, and execution are not separate workstreams. We hold them together so the client doesn't have to.

Honest Counsel

Solvra says what is true, not what is comfortable. Clients come back because they can trust what they hear.

Built to Transfer

Every engagement is designed to leave the client more capable - not more dependent. The goal is always self-sufficiency.

Outcome Obsessed

Not deliverables. Not hours. We measure success by what changes in the business, not what lands in the inbox.

Differentiation

The third way.

What Solvra is not

Slide-Led Consulting

Polished decks with no implementation muscle or accountability for results.

Agency or Dev Shop

Executes briefs without questioning whether the brief is the right one.

AI Hype Machine

Sells AI as the answer before understanding the question.

What Solvra is

An operator who connects strategy, growth, operations, and technology - because business problems rarely arrive neatly packaged inside one department, and treating them like they do is how the same issue keeps coming back.

Solvra doesn't choose between thinking and doing. It holds both, with the discipline to know when each is required.

Judgment, not a service menu

What we don't do.

Sell AI because it's trendy - we look for where it actually changes the economics of the work first.
Hand over a strategy deck and consider the engagement done.
Add process for the sake of process - a system that doesn't get used is overhead, not structure.
Measure activity instead of outcomes - more meetings and more dashboards aren't the goal.
Assume every business problem is a marketing problem, or an operations problem, or an AI problem.
Try to become your entire outsourced team - we work alongside leadership, not instead of it.
Ameya Jalihal, founder of Solvra

The person behind the approach

Not a generalist. An operator who's worked across the functions a real problem actually touches.

Ameya moved from live events to performance marketing, from AI/business translation at DVio Digital to commercial and operating leadership - eventually running P&L visibility as a COO. Solvra exists because that path kept hitting the same problem: good people, no system holding it together once things get busy.

Questions

What people usually ask first.

What does Solvra do?

We combine strategy, operating systems, and embedded execution into a single engagement - across four divisions: Solvra Strategy, Systems, Advisory, and Lab. Most engagements draw on two or three, defined by scope, not a fixed package.

Who is Solvra for?

Founders, CEOs, and senior leadership teams at growth-stage companies who've reached a specific threshold: the strategies, structures, and systems that got them here are no longer sufficient for where they're going.

How does an engagement start?

With a Clarity Sprint: a review of the business, its numbers, its systems, and its constraints. We use that to define scope and confirm fit before any larger engagement begins.

What does an engagement cost?

There's no fixed price list, because scope varies too much to make one honest - but here's the relative shape of it: a Diagnostic is the smallest and shortest engagement, priced for a focused assessment. A Strategy Sprint costs more than a Diagnostic, reflecting a deeper, time-boxed body of work. A Transformation Programme is the largest engagement - typically several times a Diagnostic, running 3-6 months of combined strategy, systems, and execution support. Solvra Advisory is priced as an ongoing retainer rather than a one-off fee. The Clarity Sprint is how we turn that shape into a real number for your business specifically, before either side commits to anything larger.
