About Solvra
Consulting thinking. Operator execution.
We work with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams at growth-stage companies on strategy, operating systems, technology, and execution - usually because the structure that got them here has stopped scaling.
Why We Exist
To bring clarity to complexity and structure to growth. The core belief: better questions, not louder answers.
Our Method
Five stages, every engagement: Diagnose, Clarify, Design, Activate, Transfer. Nothing is designed before it's diagnosed, nothing is done until it moves the business.
The Promise
Every engagement ends with leaders who are clearer, more confident, and better equipped to move - not a deck of recommendations gathering dust.
Why Solvra
What we bring to every engagement.
Depth over noise
Every recommendation is tested against day-to-day execution, not just the strategic logic behind it.
We stay through implementation
Workshops, documentation, and rollout are part of the engagement, not a handoff to someone else.
Built for leaders at an inflection point
Our frameworks assume a founder or senior leader in the loop, not a dedicated program office managing the process.
Systems your team can run
If a system still depends on us six months after handover, it wasn't designed correctly the first time.
Direct leadership experience
Operating and leadership roles across agencies, hospitality, and technology - not advisory-only backgrounds.
A limited number of engagements
We take on a small number of clients at a time, so each gets senior attention rather than a delegated team.

About Ameya
Founder of Solvra, based in Pune, with 13+ years running strategy, operations, and marketing for agencies, brands, and hospitality groups across India and Australia.

I'm not interested in a strategy that only exists as slides. I want to know it survives a Tuesday.
I started in live events - festival logistics and brand activations for Coca-Cola, Red Bull, and Bacardi - before moving into performance marketing for PhonePe and HCL, then business/technology translation on DVio's early AI initiative, then commercial and operating leadership: unifying a dozen fragmented properties for a hospitality group, running growth and operations for an agency, and eventually its delivery cadence and P&L visibility as COO. Same problem every time, in every function: good people, no system holding it together once things get busy.
Solvra is what I built to fix that on purpose - by connecting strategy, growth, operations, and technology instead of treating them as separate departments each waiting for the others to finish.
Where the frameworks come from
Closer to the decision, every step.
Not a list of job titles - a progression. Each role moved a step closer to where business decisions actually get made.
Festival Logistics & Brand Activations
Coca-Cola, Red Bull, and Bacardi - large-scale live execution, where a plan either survives contact with a real crowd or it doesn't.
Performance Marketing, PhonePe & HCL
Learned how businesses actually acquire customers and build brand, not the theory of it.
Manager - Business & Innovation, DVio Digital
Part of the core team involved in the pre-MVP development of DVio's AI initiative, now known as DVio One - translating business requirements into what the technology needed to do.
Business Consultant, Gravity Hospitality
Embedded consultant unifying a dozen fragmented properties, closing the gap between strategy decks and what property teams could actually execute.
Head of Growth & Operations, Wit & Chai Group
Built the KRA/KPI system, financial tracking, and client onboarding flows against a ₹72L growth target - the system that later became the Wit & Chai case study.
Chief Operating Officer, Ideamint
Ran delivery cadence, KPI visibility, and growth governance for a full-service agency managing ₹1.5Cr+ in client revenue.
Founder & Principal, Solvra
Building Solvra full-time out of Pune - strategy, growth, operations, and AI, for founders who need someone to stay through the messy middle.
How Ameya thinks
Five principles, not a pitch deck.
Start with the problem, not the solution.
We don't prescribe AI, a campaign, or a new process before we understand what's actually happening in the business.
Fix the system, not just the symptom.
A campaign can solve a short-term problem. An operating system is what stops it from recurring.
Strategy has to survive contact with reality.
A strategy nobody can execute isn't a strategy - it's a slide.
Technology earns its place.
We use AI where it improves economics, speed, or quality - not because it's the word of the year.
Measure what matters.
Activity is not the same as progress. If a number doesn't change a decision, it's not a metric.
